Welcome to HUB

Train hard. Have fun.
Move differently.

HUB is an athlete-owned parkour gym with two locations in Massachusetts — built and coached by the people who actually train here. We teach parkour, freerunning, and breakdance to every age, from a four-year-old's first jump to adults relearning how to move.

It's built to be more than a class on the calendar — somewhere to get strong, take real risks safely, and find the crew you keep showing up for. Some of our athletes go on to compete on our teams and at events we host; most just come to move, and that's exactly the point.

The people who run HUB are the same people on the floor with you every session.

Sudbury

Dylan Polin

Owner · Adult Coach

Training parkour since 2005. His coaching centers on the “level up” moment — helping an athlete get past something they were sure they couldn’t do.

Sudbury

Anthony “AJ” Baron

Head Facility Coach · Parkour

Came up through skateboarding, snowboarding, and BMX before falling for the fluidity of parkour — and for coaching athletes as they grow.

Dalton Hurley

Head Flips + Freerun Coach

Training since 2007, drawn to the acrobatic side and to competition. Believes learning to lose early is how you grow.

From our athletes & parents

The work shows up.

“My 6-year-old asks every morning if it’s a HUB day. The coaches actually know him by name.”

“Walked in at 34 having never done parkour. Six months later I’m vaulting things I used to walk around.”

“Small groups mean my daughter actually gets coached, not just supervised. Worth every dollar.”

“The comp team pushed me to my first national qualifier. This place is family.”

Quick answers

The stuff every new athlete and parent asks. Full details live on the Get Started page.

See all FAQs
Do I need any experience?

No. Most first-timers have zero background. Coaches scale every session to the group in front of them.

What does it cost to start?

Your first class is a single drop-in. From there most athletes grab the intro 4-pack, then pick a monthly plan. Full pricing on the Pricing page.

What should we wear?

Athletic clothes you can move in and sneakers with grip. No jeans, no jewelry, nothing with zippers near the floor.

Is it safe for young kids?

Yes. Little Jumpers (4–6) train with a parent on the floor, and every session is built on progressions and matted landings.
