Lil Jumpers

Ages 4-6

Movement is a key area of a childs life, and what they do as a child will carry throughout their life.

Our Lil Jumpers class is designed to get kids moving early and learning how to safely navigate this big world around them.

This class focuses on fundamentals expressed through obstacle courses, interactive games and lots of play!

Intro Program

All New Students | Ages 8+

Introductory is a 4 week program all new students are required to take that coaches students on the basics of 4 cornerstone skill-areas of Parkour, our safety protocols and class structures.

This is to ensure all our students in general classes have a similar foundation of skills, and they know how to enter class - with a good attitude, a coachable spirit and an expectation of respect.

After a student passes all 4 intro classes, the coach will determine which level class they are most appropriately fit for - factoring in age, skill and attitude.

Beginner

Ages 7+

Our first level and here you focus on the basics of movement! Everyone has to start somewhere. Students here develop vaulting, jumping, and climbing skills.

Open Practice

All Ages

Open Practice is the perfect time to come master your skills outside of a class setting.

We like to call it Open Practice versus Open Gym because HUB is here to TRAIN at! Develop your skills alongside like-minded people.

Participants should be conscientious of others, and supportive of your fellow athletes as they train.

These are supervised, yet open format times where you are able to use the space as you like to train!
